Valuing our staff

We understand growth and development of our staff are paramount to both our clients and our community. We are committed to fostering a culture of continuous learning and upskilling. This is why we are offering our staff the opportunity to undertake a Certificate III in Individual Support (Disability).

Currently, 10 Edge staff are enrolled with completion of the Certificate occurring alongside their current roles and in standard work hours at no cost to our staff.
