We welcome enquiries and referrals from people with disability, family members, guardians, Support Coordinators, disability support professionals and other service providers.

Either way, we’ll be in contact with you within three business days to gather some more information and talk with you about next steps.

We welcome feedback of all kinds, including compliments, concerns and complaints. Feedback helps us understand what we are doing well and where we can improve. All complaints will be taken seriously, handled respectfully and managed as confidentially as possible.

If you are a client, you can also speak with your Employment Coach or Supervisor, or any member of our team. This is often the quickest and easiest way to raise an issue and work towards a resolution.

What happens if you make a complaint?

We will record your complaint and respond as promptly as possible. We will contact you, keep you informed about the progress of our review, and let you know the outcome once we have considered and responded to your concerns.

Sometimes there are limits to what we can do.

If you make a complaint and feel our final resolution is unreasonable, you can raise your complaint externally with the NDIS Quality and Safeguards Commission, an independent agency that regulates NDIS providers, promotes safety and quality services, resolves problems and identifies areas for improvement.
