Successful WA Jobs Expo

Some of our Edge team attended the WA Jobs Expo hosted by the National Disability Services (NDS) at Crown Perth on February 18. The event was a great opportunity for participants to explore a range of different employment and vocational opportunities from the 50-plus exhibitors.

It was a great day for the team to meet and engage with a wide range of people including existing clients and their support networks. The team have been working closely with Activ Foundation Bentley to help participants transition from their Australian Disability Enterprises roles to open employment. Being able to further build these relationships and establish new ones was exciting for our team. Thank you to the Edge team who attended the event and helped build awareness and knowledge around our Disability Employment Services (DES) and NDIS services, and our employment pathway program, Charged Up for Work.
