Inclusion is nothing new for us

This year Edge Employment Solutions is celebrating its 40th anniversary. Since 1984, we have been supporting people with disability across Perth to find and keep meaningful employment. Over the last 40 years we have successfully enabled over 9,000 job matches, positively impacted countless families, friends and carers lives, and championed inclusion in the workplace.

As one of Western Australia’s oldest employment agencies specialising in disability support, our purpose has always remained constant, keeping people with disability at the heart of everything we do. With a continually changing disability and employment landscape, we have adapted and grown along with the Perth community. What started as a service predominately for people with intellectual disabilities has now evolved to a DES and NDIS service for people with all disabilities.

Our expertise in disability support and employment has allowed us to build strong relationships with businesses of all sizes and from many different industries throughout Perth. This trust has meant that people with disability continue to thrive and be supported in various types of meaningful employment.

As we celebrate this milestone year, we look back with pride and forward with optimism and purpose as we continue to operate with the same core mission at our heart; changing lives through the power of employment.
