Impressive start

Daniel sought Edge’s assistance with aspirations to forge a career path that he had already planned. The idea was to work in hospitality to save money and gain skills that could potentially lead him into the justice system as a Police Officer or in a border security role.

Working from this plan and partnering with Daniel, the Edge Joondalup team got busy. The Edge team assisted in finding an opportunity for Daniel to secure a Traineeship at Grill’d Kingsway. This placement has been very successful for all parties and Restaurant Manager Chris, who speaks highly of Daniel and his consistency and reliability.

Quickly becoming an important member of the team, Daniel has assisted with the growth of the restaurant with his motivation and willingness to always help out. Daniel’s excellent attitude and performance helped create a strong relationship with Chris and the Grill’d team. Chris is extremely happy with the working relationship with Edge and importantly Daniel is also loving his job.

After being employed for six months, Chris was so impressed with Daniel’s performance and dedication that they recently promoted Daniel to a Team Leader position. This is an amazing reflection of the great start Daniel has made on his employment path.
