Gaining knowledge and skills

Our Charged Up for Work team recently welcomed two new cohorts of students for Term one at Subiaco and Joondalup. After a busy start to the new year finding opportunities for past graduates and supporting them at these opportunities, the team were thrilled to begin delivering the seven-week workshop to a new group of students.

During the weekly workshops, the students will gain the tools and resources to develop their skills to explore and reach their employment goals. We believe in creating an environment where the students feel comfortable and safe as social interaction between the students enhances learning. It has been great to see the students working together on projects and helping each other. Empathy and creativity are also encouraged, and we have been working with the students to identify their employment interests. We look forward to providing you with an update as the students gain knowledge and continue to grow.
