Charged Up for Work Term 2 workshops are half way through

Charged Up for Work Term 2 workshops are halfway through, with this week’s focus on job interview preparation and mock interviews.

Students will have the opportunity to practice their skills with our experienced Employer Consultants and Account Managers from Edge Employment, who will provide valuable, constructive feedback in a safe, positive environment.

In addition to successful interview outcomes, students are also taught how to deal with rejection to empower them to respond appropriately.

Our team is passionate about youth and supporting our students in their pathways, which is why our workshops not only cover the workplace but also include practical life skills such as budgeting and healthy eating. This week, the students will be given a budget to shop at the supermarket and required to make their lunch with ingredients they have chosen and purchased.
