Australia Post partners with Edge to recruit Indigenous school-based trainees

Last month, Daniel Doble, Edge’s Business Development Manager (BDM), represented Edge when he attended Australia Post’s unveiling of their Indigenous-inspired mural at their Perth Parcel Centre. The incredible 5.5m x 3m artwork was completed by local Noongar artist, Kevin Bynder and looks truly breathtaking. This will be the first of many murals that Australia Post will commission for their parcel centres across Australia.

During the unveiling speech, Australia Post’s Head of Operations Western Australia, Angus Becsi (pictured above, on the right next to Edge BDM, Daniel Doble) made special mention of Edge:

“We’re proud to have our disability employment partner, Daniel Doble from Edge Employment Solutions with us this evening. We’re looking forward to having the support of the Edge team as we look to recruit Indigenous trainees.”

All of us at Edge are immensely proud to be able to assist Australia Post to recruit Indigenous school-based trainees in the parcels and letters facilities. We recognise that we are partners, working together to build an inclusive and accepting society through the power of employment.
