Farewell 2021
As 2021 draws to a close, we would like to thank each person who has directly or indirectly helped us achieve our purpose of changing lives through the power of employment. Whether you provided amazing support to our clients and team, or you helped spread awareness of our services, we thank you.
The Edge team have had a busy year achieving our mission of delivering services to create better outcomes for job seekers and employers. Some of the highlights of the past year include;
- Moving our Cockburn office to a new site to better serve our clients
- Launching our Can. Do. campaign
- Receiving the AIM WA Organisational Leadership and Management Development Community Training Grant
- Upgrading our website to be more accessible
- Attending and presenting at organisations and functions including Curtin University’s HR Disrupted event
- Launching our Intent to Action Research Report
- Sponsoring the Edge Employment Solutions Human Resource Management Excellence Award at the AIM WA Pinnacle Awards
- Celebrating our staff achievements at the Edge Night of Stars
- Hosting 120 employers at our Employer Appreciation Night
- Celebrating International Day of People with Disability
And most importantly of all placing 372 people into meaningful employment in the last financial year and in doing so changing many lives.
