Are you a Mental Health First Aider whose accreditation is about to expire?
Edge is offering Mental Health First Aid Online Refresher courses to people who have completed the full two-day Mental Health First Aid course and accredited assessment within the last three years.
This refresher course enables accredited Mental Health First Aiders to revise their knowledge and skills to extend their accreditation for a further three years.
During the course, you will gain an understanding of the latest research in the mental health field, learn three key actions for helping someone feeling suicidal, work through complex mental health first aid interactions and practice mental health first aid skills.
Our Edge Trainer and Mental Health First Aid Instructor Dal delivers online refresher courses Australia wide throughout the year with current availability on Zoom from 8am-1pm AWST for the following dates:
- Friday 6th May
- Friday 13th May
- Friday 20th May
- Friday 3rd June
