At Edge, we’ve been supporting people with disability on their employment journeys since 1984, transforming lives, businesses and perceptions of people with disability, one job seeker and life-changing opportunity at a time.

Over the last 40+ years, we’ve secured over 9,000 jobs for people across the Perth metro region, from Joondalup to Midland to Mandurah and everywhere in between.
As a registered NDIS provider, our expertise and services span practically every industry and job seekers of every age:
- School leavers looking for work placements and their first job.
- People looking to further or change their careers.
- People looking to start a small business or volunteer in their community.
But more than finding or creating the right opportunity, we ensure every job seeker and employer has the personalised training and ongoing support they need to make each placement a success. To make it a life-changing, life-affirming experience for employees and employers alike. This includes:
- Job-seeker training and support. Goal setting, resume writing, interview preparation, job-ready skills training and confidence building.
- Employment and employee support. Job search, work placements, job-skills training, on-the-job training, life-skills training and ongoing advice and support.
- Employer training and support. Search and selection, ongoing employee training and support, HR support, workforce training and workplace modification and funding support.
For people with disability, mental health conditions, or those recovering from illness or injury, the pathways towards meaningful employment and opportunities can be much harder to navigate. In these situations, a supportive and understanding approach is essential, which is exactly what Edge provides.
