TJ Showcases Her Talent at Local Expo
We’ve been proud to support TJ on her creative journey over the past few months.
TJ has loved art since she was young, and has been bringing her ideas to life on her iPad for years- drawing inspiration from Powerpuff Girls, My Little Pony and Transformers. Together, we’ve been assisting TJ in turning her artwork into real products like photo frames, stickers and vinyl glasses, using tools like the Cricut Cutting Machine during their NDIS sessions.
Recently, TJ had the incredible opportunity to showcase and sell her creations at a local Disability Expo. During her NDIS sessions, her Employment Support Coach assisted her with designing banners, creating price guides, and setting up a beautiful booth.
All of TJ’s hard work paid off, and her first expo was a great success! TJ shared, “The disability expo was amazing, I had so much fun showing my artwork.”
Caitlin, TJ’s NDIS Employment Support Coach, shared, “It provided TJ with an amazing opportunity to engage with the community and showcase her beautiful artwork.”
We love seeing participants build confidence, develop skills, and connect with their community in meaningful ways. Well done, TJ! 🎨
