Jenelle hits 10 years at RAC

Jenelle recently marked a significant career milestone, one decade with RAC. Jenelle’s journey began with a referral from her school, and with the assistance of the Edge team, Jenelle secured employment with one of our key partners, RAC.

Reflecting on Edge’s support, Jenelle shared, “They supported me throughout my employment and helped to negotiate and commence a Certificate II in Work Skills.” She is also appreciative of her work environment, commenting, “I like the people I work with, and I like the office work.”

Jenelle’s Manager at RAC, Branka, General Manager People Experience, acknowledged her dedication and commitment, sharing, “At RAC, we believe people of all abilities should have equal access to opportunities and career pathways.

Jenelle was employed straight out of high school through RAC’s partnership with Edge, and has celebrated 10 years of service with RAC this year. Jenelle is an appreciated and valued team member and is a real delight to work with.”

Currently, Jenelle is focusing on her next goal of increasing her work hours by upskilling. She recently started a Certificate II in Work Skills with the Australian College of Training. We are excited to see Jenelle continue to advance in her career at RAC and wish her all the best.
