Did you know that Edge Employment Solutions is also a NDIS provider of school leaver employment supports and finding and keeping a job employment supports?

Our school leaver employment supports assists young people to meet the challenges of moving from school to the workforce and is available in their final year of schooling. It can support individuals to:

• build motivation for joining the workforce
• develop a career identity
• grow confidence in a working environment through work experience
• develop the necessary employment skills needed.

Our finding and keeping a job employment supports provide an opportunity for people with disability to explore their employment goals and build their work readiness. We will work with you to build your skills to successfully reach your goals, whether it’s volunteering, work experience or paid employment.
