Blacksmithing at the Perth Royal Show
Ash took his passion for blacksmithing to the Perth Royal Show!
Recently, Ash demonstrated his blacksmithing skills and shared his passion with the community.
With support from his Edge NDIS Employment Support Coach, Andrea, Ash discovered The Blacksmiths’ Association of Western Australia. After attending a workshop, he joined the Association and now independently travels to sessions each week, continuing to develop his skills.
He has already learnt to make bookmarks, bottle openers and can openers, while building his independence and becoming part of a community connected by a shared passion.
We’re proud to support Ash as he turns his passion into new opportunities!
