We help people with a disability, injury, illness, health condition (including mental health) or impairment to find meaningful employment, or assist people in their current role to maintain employment.

For both employers and job seekers, the most common barrier to overcome is that of self-doubt. That’s why our services and support systems are designed to provide ongoing training and assistance for as long as it’s needed, helping to inspire confidence as we work in partnership with employers and job seekers to make a lasting difference.

If you’re looking to take the next step, we’d love to help you. But before we can, there are a few things you need to confirm to access our specialised team and services:

  • Have a diagnosed disability or long-term health condition
  • Be aged between 14 – 65 years old
  • Be an Australian citizen or permanent resident
  • Be working less than the benchmark hours established through the Centrelink assessment, if you are already employed
  • Live in our contracted WA Employment Service Area, which includes North, South and Central metropolitan areas
  • Be deemed eligible to receive our support via a Centrelink assessment (which we can support with)

For more information, please see the Department of Human Services.

If you meet the above criteria and would like to start your journey with us, simply fill out our contact form and we will get back to you.

If you have a job but feel you need support at work, you may be eligible for Edge’s Work Assist program.
