EDGE Employment Solutions supports more than 500 workers with disability in regular employment and provides a comprehensive range of support services at no cost to the employer or the employee.

EDGE can identify positions within your company that can be effectively performed by people with disability, and EDGE can then help you recruit a suitable employee from our register of more than 300 job seekers with disability.

Whether you’re seeking to fill a professional position, trade position or entry-level job, there’ll be a job seeker on our register that can meet your needs. And EDGE can then arrange any workplace modifications that the employee may require and provide on the job support until that employee meets your company’s expectations.
