If you are in your final years of high school, our team is ready to set you up for success with a number of school leaver options for you to choose from. From School to Work transition programs, school-based traineeships and other services, we have a number of opportunities designed to support school leavers to make the best decision for their future ambitions.

Charged Up for Work begins
Charged Up for Work (CUFW) is a pilot project to assist high school students to better prepare for the workplace and increase positive employment outcomes through a seven-week training program. CUFW will help create a smoother transition from high school to the workplace, making it easier for students to adapt and thrive in new environments.

School Leaver Employment Supports
Edge is a registered NDIS provider offering School Leaver Employment Supports (SLES) to school leavers in Year 12 to assist them with their upcoming transition from school to work. We offer a broad range of individualised supports, tailored to the unique needs and interests of each school leaver.
